Kind of totally awesome in a deconstructive sort of way.
It’s so interesting to me that I look at these photos and, in almost all the swaps except the first, see women dressed normally but men dressed in drag. Interesting and frustrating, really, to be made aware of that — that, for me, to see a woman in drag means to see her in a tailored 3-piece suit, or military coat. Something about the active performance, I suppose — the idea of clothing as performance as opposed to comfort? Something to ponder, anway.
